Assistant Project Coordinator

Worked in collaboration with the senior project manager to define project goals and establish a timeline and plan to achieve them. Production Engineer

Monitor and control the flow of hydrocarbon from the reservoir to point of export. Monitor and record plant condition, bringing deviations or malfunction to the attention of the Control room operator and Production Supervisor. Prepare process plant and equipment for maintenance by applying specified isolation/venting etc. per the procedure. Prior to start-up of any plant or equipment, inspect and confirm suitability to return to normal service. Maintain my own work area in a safe, clean, and tidy condition. Carry out process system sampling and regular inspection of the installation. Minimizing downtime and contributing to the achievement of production targets. Prepare production report – daily log, weekly and monthly stock of material. Perform first-line maintenance, identifying and reporting faults. Carry out mechanical isolation, gas tests and work-site inspections. Carry out emergency duties as required by the production supervisor.

Laboratory / Production Technician

Served as a direct assistant to Production Supervisor, supporting all aspects of production and office management. Lead the Gas QC analysis compliant with United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) using FTIR gas analyzer & Gas Chromatography. Calibration of gas analyzers and related equipment for offshore operations. Monitor and maintain stock levels of calibration gases and carried out Quality Control, leak checks & inspection of cylinders and maintain correct and efficient lab database. Assist in the provision of gases & containers offshore for usage and monitor their quantity & quality and physical warehouse checks of inventory. Inspecting and ensuring laboratory tools and equipment are in good condition and ensuring proper laboratory documentation. Pumping of liquid gases (helium, Nitrogen, Argon and Oxygen) into quads and decanting into single cylinders. Daily and periodic maintenance checks on helium, Nitrogen, Argon and Oxygen compressor pumps. Blending and analyzing gases; both breathing and high purity industrial gas. Quality and Control Assurance on quads (64, 48, 16, and single cylinders), lift frames and offshore containers.

Voluntary Teaching Assistant (Mechanical Engineering Department)

Assisted in tutoring Materials Technology- the structure of materials, polymer, metallurgy etc. Mechanics of Machines, Basic Engineering Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering Science for Technician students. Carrying-out basic lathe machine operations such as facing, turning, threading, boring, reaming, etc. Operating power hacksaw and pillar drilling machine.
