I graduated with a 2:1 Upper Second Degree in Criminological Research. This helped to refine and improve my qualitative and quantitative research skills, taught me to locate and synthesize key research concepts and theories, proficiency in statistical software packages including SPSS, UCINET and NVivo. My research was focused on Hate Speech in online communities. Modules we covered included organised crime, policing, crosscultural criminology, violence research and feminist criminology.

I completed my B.Soc.Sci in Psychology and Criminology in South Africa. Attention was paid to research methodology and statistical analysis, as well as a theoretical discourse within both fields. I also took modules pertaining to Industrial Psychology, Marketing, Human Resources, Sociology, Anthropology and Contemporary African Politics.

Darwin College Development Office
I was a member of a fundraising team targeting contributions towards studentships at Darwin College, University of Cambridge. The team was tasked with contacting alumni and informing them of news about the college, as well as seeking donations for the purpose of creating new funding opportunities at Darwin College. The team doubled the original target of £50 000, raising over £100 000 for the studentship fund. I personally raised over £11 500.

My responsibilities included taking photographs of the electronic components for sale on the online store, editing them and uploading them to the website. Documenting the creation of electronic tool kits, 3D printers and various related projects, and posting them to the company\'s social media pages. Posting content related to sales, discounts and other company information online. Researching client trends, competitors and general trends within the world of 3D printing. Proofreading and editing blog posts before publishing them to the company blog and website.

My administrative duties included planning and scheduling meetings, organizing project information and connecting with clients. I was involved in the organisation of a range of events, including company launch parties and community action forums. I was tasked with compiling project data packs, client presentations and various reports while liaising between staff and upper management. Furthermore, I was charged with the editing of proposals, presentations, reports and briefs for dissemination throughout the company and with clients.
