As a Paid Search Assistant, your responsibility will be to support your team in implementing and managing their clients Paid Search & Shopping marketing activity across Google, Bing and Amazon.
You will analyse performance data for these campaigns and help create written reports which explain to our client’s which elements of their marketing campaigns are working effectively, and where we need to make improvements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute towards creating presentations which showcase our work for client meetings.
Your contribution towards the creation of our clients Paid Search marketing campaigns will involve researching and building keyword lists which our clients target customers are likely to search for and writing ads which are compelling and relevant to them in order to encourage them to click through to our clients websites. You will also help determine which are the most relevant audiences to serve our adverts to e.g. age, gender, location, device and set up our marketing campaigns to target these audiences.
The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong command of written English.
• A strong degree of numeracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Effective when working as part of a team.
• Competent in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Problem solving.
• Creative and innovative.
• Effective communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Educated to degree level or relevant experience in a role with transferable skills.
• A keen interest in the internet and marketing.
We don’t expect new assistants to have a working knowledge of Paid Search when they start as they will be given full training – what we are mainly looking for are bright, intelligent people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and an inquisitive mind who are passionate about digital marketing and who will work well both individually and as part of a team.
Salary: The starting salary for this role is £17,550.
