Job Description

Description
What makes working at Mondelēz International so special? Many things. The iconic brands and global nature of our business. The continuous innovation and endless opportunities to grow. The chance, each and every day, to put a smile on people’s faces. We’re the world’s leading maker of Chocolate, Biscuits, Candy and Gum with billion-dollar brands like Cadbury, Milka, Prince and Oreo and we now have an exciting opportunity to join our team.

These days, some of the best and brightest people in the country are choosing to join the world of work instead of going to university. That’s why we’ve designed a brand new opportunity to help you achieve your potential. If you’ve got big plans for your career, take one small step towards realising them at Mondelēz International.

This strikes the ideal balance between going to university and getting a job. You get to earn while you learn – and your classroom training is all backed up with practical experience, and the support of a mentor and buddy. During this apprenticeship, you can expect a combination of stimulating placements, selected to provide experience in both business facing and specialist roles, as well as exposure to business experts, continuous development opportunities and much more. All in all, the perfect preparation for an incredible career with a fast-paced, dynamic company who aspire to lead the future of snacking.

The Enterprise Apprenticeship Program:

Our ENTERPRISE PROGRAM has been designed specifically to provide a stretching and broad experience across a number of our business areas, enabling you to build a rich understanding of our business, see the bigger picture and act strategically.
Over three years, we expect you will experience three different placements across our business areas and you will be able to own and drive these in line with your career aspirations, strengths and development areas, all the while supported by a business mentor. We’ve provided a flavour of a selection of our varied business areas below.

Customer Service & Logistics
Working collaboratively with our customers, our CS&L colleagues ensure we always have the right products, at the right time, in the right quality on the shelves for the shoppers who want to treat themselves. Opportunities range from developing accurate, consumer-driven forecasts, to building collaboration with customers, to managing warehousing, distribution and delivery.

Finance
Our Finance colleagues play a vital role in assessing and planning to meet our resourcing needs, managing the Profit & Loss of every area of our business (from our Sales and Marketing teams to our Manufacturing & RDQ facilities) as well as maintaining compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements and international tax laws.

Human Resources
Our HR community partners our business and our 80,000+ colleagues across a huge range of topics, from leading organisational and cultural change, to recruitment and talent management, to employee relations and HR analytics, truly having a tangible impact on our business and people agenda.

Marketing
Our Marketing teams are fearless in their approach to reaching our customers and consumers, bold in asking questions and courageous in how they find new ways to collaborate and innovate with others. Our teams have a proud history of growing brands that people love and opportunities range across our global brands (e.g. Oreo, Cadbury) to our local gems (e.g. Maynard’s Bassets).
