We collect on average 600,000 data points including lifestyle, mental/emotional, social, pollution and others per customer annually and transform that into a risk assessment but also a preventative healthcare service.

The position:

As we grow we want to make sure that we maintain great communication and wellbeing throughout the team. So we need someone who can help us whip all our admin into shape to help us keep everyone happy and achieve our goals.

This role is a hugely important role responsible for supporting, together with the management, the human side of our business and everything that will enable the team to work at its best. We’d love someone with energy who loves people and can take charge of our external brand with the media as well as with all our partners and clients.

Salary based on experience: £15,000.00 to £25,000.00/year

Own the office management and everything contributing to the happiness and efficiency of the local teams, this includes understanding the team needs, propose and implement solutions and processes.
Develop the team spirit and contributes to the development of team members as well as the recruitment and onboarding process
Contribute and secure that all the brand and client/end-user facing communication is consistent with the brand identity and professional
Drive the social and environmental responsibility of the company within the team
This includes the ownership of:
Key company operational process such as staff pay, relationship with WeWork, special travel booking, …
Communication tasks such as blog and social media posts, relationship with journalists, hosting events and key meetings, control all company communication content by directly contributing but also delegating outside (PR agency, Pay and benefit service,… ) and controlling that all is done according to the company standards of quality.
