Job Description


In house role to support our Major Projects business unit on projects £60m – £300m.  The role is based at Chiswell Street in the Preconstruction and Design Team.  This is a 10 months fixed term contract for a maternity cover.


Reporting to the Preconstruction Director, you will be working closely with the Bid Managers and wider preconstruction team in order to put together bids.  Your role will involve coordinating bids and associated documents from inception, such as PQQ’s and corporate brochures. You will be expected to generate design concepts, manage document deliverables, create and maintain work winning documents (in line with the bid strategy), answering bespoke bid questions, liaise with external printers, and other tasks associated with the role.

Key Skills

Experience with InDesign and working for a construction main contractor is essential.  Good organisational and time management skills, being able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines would be ideal skills for this role.
