Job Description
- Coordinatingtraining and other activitiesdelivered and coordinated by the team: including scheduling, planning and supporting training and events, and communication with participants
- Developing and maintainingkey team databases, customer liaison and other information management activities, including circulation lists, training logs and team inbox/first alert
- Anchoringteam administration, including support to team meetings, preparation of papers and reports and support to other team members as required
- Supporting the Joint Portfolio Support Managerin key elements of their role, including branding strategy, communications, knowledge resource & management and elements of team support and external relationships
