Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To communicate with our customers and partners on a day to day basis via inbound/outbound calls, letter or email. Colleagues will be the first point of contact with our customers and partners and as such are expected to reflect the BNP Paribas Personal Finance brand and values. This means taking full ownership of every aspect of the customer’s/partner query and being courteous, professional and diligent at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate confidently, have excellent listening/written skills to resolve customer/partner queries and/or issues they may have by showing understanding of the customer/partner situation
Resolve problems at first point of contact when possible to do so or escalate to appropriate colleagues to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the customer/partner
Manage customer’s accounts in accordance to policy
Manage, organise and update relevant data using various computer systems accurately and succinctly
Process all Postal Applications using relevant systems
Ability to meet and exceed targets, contribute fully to team performance

Presentable and punctual
PC literate including keyboard skills
Customer service experience
Passion for service excellence
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent decision making skills
Able to show empathy with a strong customer service focus
