About The Role
Assist with providing support to the service, addressing various issues of e.g. financial nature and providing all relevant information to meet internal demands, as directed by the line manager.
Your role will involve assisting with the processing of petty cash, posting petty cash journals, assisting with the daily banking, completing paying in slips and ensuring that monies are receipted on Access Dimensions. You will also be assistant Sales Ledger with receipting/ invoicing where is an overflow of work.
The successful candidate will be computer literate with moderate skills in spreadsheets, have general accounting office experience, and have good communication skills and telephone manner.
