Responsible for optimising cash flow and minimising financial risk through pro-active handling of transactional records, sound judgement and accurate maintenance of financial records.
Accounts Payable (registration & batching of supplier invoices)
Sales Ledger (identification & allocation of bank receipts)
Invoicing (issue of customer invoices)
Credit Control (debt management, investigation and resolution of queries to support good financial process)
Cashier (statement reconciliation, miscellaneous payments & accounting journals)
Undertake additional Ad Hoc tasks as required, when they arise.
You must have experience within a similar role or multiple roles covering a range of activities from Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger, Invoicing, Credit Control and Cashier.
You must have a history of achieving role related targets.
You must have the ability to prioritise workload.
You must be able to communicate effectively with staff across the organisation.
