Job Description

An exciting opportunity for two full time Graduate Interns has been created with the Directorate of Marketing, Recruitment & External Relations, at the University. You will join an experienced team of staff, who will support you on your learning journey within the role. Working across the Directorate, you will support both business as usual and specific project based activities and be aligned to one of the teams within Marketing, Recruitment & External Relations.

You will be a final year undergraduate or postgraduate student at the University of Salford with a strong record of academic achievement, a desire to learn in a stimulating and creative environment and have an interest in higher education. You will promote creativity and innovation whilst ensuring quality, consistency and efficiency in all areas of the team you are aligned to.

In return for your expertise, we offer a supportive environment, competitive terms and the opportunity to make a real difference.

The position will be offered for a period of 12 months (starting approximately in July) to a 2019 graduate.

All appointments will be made on merit, and as an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.
In recognition of our commitment to create a diverse team that draws from our widest talent pool we would particularly encourage applications from groups who are currently under-represented at this level, which in this case is our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) applicants.

We offer flexible working patterns, enabling our colleagues to accommodate work life balance.

Please note this vacancy closes at 23.59 on the 2nd June 2019.
