£22000 – £25000 per annum (DOE) + 10% increase after 6 months + bonus + career development

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Developer looking to learn and be part of a high calibre team of Developers. Our client is a technical consultancy who work on cutting-edge software and web projects with big-name national clients. If you are looking for an accelerated career path or to re-direct your career, look no further!
As a Graduate Developer, you will be building bespoke solutions from scratch, using the latest technologies to create responsive and innovative applications for a variety of purposes. Your career path will be that of a Full Stack Developer, liaising with UX Designers, Project Managers and the client to ensure your solution is delivered. You’ll have the support of a strong team of talented Developers to mentor and guide you through your career.
Your first 6 months with the company will be spent undergoing an intensive syllabus of training delivered via Agile Sprints bringing your skill level up to that of a Junior or mid-level Developer without years of paying out for online learning. Expect to learn about Agile methodologies and best practice software development along the way.
You’ll need to be a strong communicator, keen to learn, ambitious, enthusiastic with an interest in software or web development.
Experience in at least one of the below is essential:
• .Net Frameworks
• SQL Server or Oracle
• Object Oriented Programming
• Agile development methods
• STEM degree
Equally important is a willingness to learn, a passion for coding and the drive to be a great Developer!
