Magdalene are currently looking to recruit a Project Financial Coordinator to work on our Mobile projects at our offices in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

As the Financial Coordinator you will be part of our Project Management Office who are responsible for the planning and delivery of a range of telecommunications projects for high profile customers.

You will boast excellent co-ordination and clerical skills in order to support the Project Manager and to enable the team to achieve the project deliverables’. You will possess the willingness to learn a range of projects in order to provide the necessary support to our teams.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

Reporting project costs and finances based on project delivery on a regular basis to both internal and external customers.
Processing Purchase Orders and invoices as per the Company timelines.
Liaison with customers to ensure project finance is raised/approved and passed to internal finance department for processing
Monitor progress and costs involved in the project.
Planning and scheduling of telecom installation / decommissioning works.
Coordinating field engineer resource and materials, making sure all trackers are up to date and in line with customer commitments.
Liaising with internal and external customers including Field Engineering, Site Access Providers, Network Services Providers and Logistics.
Liaising with the customer to ensure all aspects of the project are communicated effectively and accurately.
Processing site access and site outage bookings.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Experience of working in the telecommunications / utilities industry would be advantageous.
Experience of reporting on project costs and deliverables.
Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
A strong background in scheduling and planning.
Excellent customer service skills.
