We are looking for a talented and motivated Graduate Engineer, with a genuine passion for civil engineering, to join our Transportation (Highways) team.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer at Sweco you will:
Work within a multi-disciplinary design team on a variety of highways and transportation projects
Attend tutorials and seminars on a range of technical and managerial topics
Take part in our e-learning programme on a wide range of topics
Work towards Chartered Engineer status
Take responsibility for own professional development by maintaining and developing competence in your expertise area
You will be expected to perform the following duties as a Graduate Civil Engineer:
Completed all tasks in accordance within agreed timescales and budgets
Produce design calculations, drawings and technical reports for internal and external project teams including clients
Gather data and information to assist with site survey / supervisory work
Work in close collaboration with other team members and civil engineering disciplines
Attend design coordination meetings with external project teams including clients.
Ensuring solutions meet client needs and that their expectations are met / exceeded
Working in full compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
