Job Description

This excellent placement opportunity will allow the successful intern to work closely with the Service Management Group, with responsibilities for reporting, analysis, purchasing and stock management. You’ll also work alongside Global and European Teams to help drive key initiatives within the Service Department and so gain tremendous insight into the operational aspects of a Global Corporate Organisation.
Essential Responsibilities:
Management of Mandatory Safety Upgrades (FMI) process for Northern Europe on a large scale including installed base validation, service report creation, parts ordering, deployment, management report creation and global reporting
Creation and analysis of strategic management reports for Net Promoter Score (NPS), Planned Maintenance (PM) analysis, Productivity, test equipment management and others
Ordering of stock items for Hatfield site
Management of customer training database and classroom booking management
Installed Base asset maintenance from available daily reports
Communicating internally and externally to customers, engineers and global teams

Qualifications/Requirements:
Currently undertaking a business-related degree
Predicted 2:1 or above
Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail- working on projects set by the medical regulatory authorities, involving frontline healthcare equipment
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to work on own initiative and with limited supervision
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Enthusiastic – generating new ideas to streamline processes
Strong interpersonal and quantitative skills
