As our Reception Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of our reception team within the busy medical centre.
Delivering a professional service at all times, you’ll work independently within appropriate guidelines to ensure that all reception and administrative duties for the medical centre are efficiently organised. You will liaise with patients, Doctors, Nurses and other colleagues on a frequent basis and handle all information in a sensitive and confidential manner.
You will be responsible for a large team working alongside them carrying out all reception duties with overall responsibility for the smooth running of the team.
Organised, with good judgment and empathy, you should have a professional manner and a caring nature. You will be responsible for training, induction, appraisals, rotas, motivating and encouraging the team. The ability to handle patient complaints and HR issues is also key.
