Main Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Client Development Director, in the Multi-channel marketing team you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the effective delivery of client projects and programmes, on time, to budget and against agreed objectives and KPIs. This means collaborating with a number of stakeholders including clients directly plus Key Account Directors and Customer and Field Support team members.
Collaboration and co-ordination is a key skill in this account management role as you will be responsible for our digital and E-comms programmes, liaising with internal operational teams including Data and E-comms teams, Tech and project management.
As a Digital Account Manager you will proactively build and maintain customer relationships, by delivering highly successful campaigns and therefore maximising revenue streams for WHC. You will be the link between the customer and the Company, monitoring monitor and reporting on current projects for Key Accounts to the rest of the business, identifying risks, successes, upselling opportunities and improvements in processes.
You will be predominantly office based but will require some F2F visits with Clients in line with the role.
To work closely with Account teams to ensure that the Customer is receiving the highest level of service and excellent delivery of campaigns
Actively discuss opportunities within the team to increase the services offered to your portfolio, increasing the revenue generated from it
Effectively interact with the sales team when handling campaign start-ups, ensuring you and they are fully and correctly briefed in all aspects of the deliverables
Gather, monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing detailed and useful information back to the customer
Ensure individual campaigns are delivered within budget tolerances
Collaborate with MCM team Business Development Director and Key Account Directors in development and delivery of proposals and quotes for clients
If you have an affinity with and understanding of digital marketing, strategies and tactics in the sector, are accustomed to managing/developing strong client relationships through outstanding performance and delivery, and you are a strong, confident presenter who has experience in presenting solutions to customers at senior level, this could be just up your street.
