Job Description

As a Platform Support Analyst, you will monitor and respond to alerts and events from various tools, jobs, applications and platforms.  You will work with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain operations. You will be part of the Technology Platforms Services team that manages the foundational platforms that our product teams consume to build, deploy and host scalable and reliable products. The platforms consist of our Private and Public cloud offerings while also offering 24/7 operations monitoring and support to maximize uptime for ATPCO products.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a Network Operations Control or Data Center Operations support role
  • Good understanding of Linux shell commands
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools
  • Familiarity with tools/software like Postman, Putty, Websphere, DB2, SQL, OpenShift, VMWare
  • Must be a curious, problem solver
