Job Description

Web Developer – £167 – £181 per day – 3 months – Remote

An opportunity for an experienced Web Developer to join a large Public Sector organisation in Edinburgh. You will be involved with a large amount of current ongoing projects.

Essential:

  • SQL Server (including complex SQL stored procedures)
  • NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
  • C# (Essential for this position)
  • ASP.Net and MVC, and ASP.Net Core
  • MS Azure
  • HTML / JavaScript
  • JavaScript frameworks/platforms/libraries such as Angular, jquery
  • Responsive web design (Bootstrap, Flexbox, CSS grids, etc)
  • Web services
  • Entity Framework
  • Content design and production tools (experience of Telerik UI web controls an advantage)
  • Adobe CS suite (mainly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Web search engine and analytics tool
  • Web content management (e.g. Umbraco)
  • Business Intelligence experience would be an advantage
