Job Description

Web Developer London / WfH to £90k

Web Developer / Front End Engineer (JavaScript Angular 11) *12 month FTC*. Do you have expertise with JavaScript and modern Angular (5-11)? You could be joining a technology driven Hedge Fund (£35m under management, making an impact and progressing your career.

As a Web Developer you will join a multidisciplinary Agile team and work closely with the UI/UX specialist to deliver improvements to the front end architecture with a focus on data centric internal systems used across the business and by front office traders. You’ll focus on migration work to bring everything up-to-date in Angular 11.

Driven by technology the company is offering remote interview, onboarding process and work from home with a gradual return to the office planned for mid- 2021, then going forward you’ll be based in Central London in modern offices with a range of facilities and a friendly team atmosphere with casual dress code and flexible working.

Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with bonus and benefits) and is likely to extend to a permanent position.

Requirements:

  • You have a depth of experience with JavaScript and modern Angular (5-11), with a portfolio of work
  • You understand architecture and development patterns (e.g. microservices, CQRS, Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing, SOLID)
  • You’re collaborative with excellent communication skills
  • You’re degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above, Computer Science preferred
