Front End Developer London to £55k

Front End Developer (Electron Angular RX.js TypeScript) Industry-leading software house that develops state-of-the-art creative software for the digital design, media and entertainment industries is seeking a skilled Front End Developer to join their dynamic team.

They have remained at the forefront of the industry for nearly two decades and have a host of award-winning products that bring together art and technology to produce an unrivalled visual experience.

Their key clients include global feature film studios and media conglomerates, and in this Front End Developer role you’ll play an integral role in a team dedicated to turning creative ideas into technical realities.

As a Front End Developer you’ll join a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team on one of the cutting-edge core products for use in media, film and entertainment. You’ll work to support the intuitive workflow to iterate freely and make collaboration effective. You’ll work with a diverse, up to the minute tech stack including Angular (10 and 11), TypeScript, RX.js and Electron. They also use Golang on the backend, so experience of this would be highly advantageous.

Requirements:

  • You have strong front end skills in Angular (main language) TypeScript, RX.js (good experience with Electron is highly advantageous)
  • You have worked with/ are familiar with Golang for backend development (they will also consider Java)
  • You have experience working in a creative industry or start-up environment
  • You’re a positive, proactive team player who excels when working collaboratively
