IT Support Engineer

A prestigious hospitality / private members organisation is looking to grow their IT team with the addition of an IT Support Engineer to be based onsite in the London (Pall Mall) venue.

The IT Support Engineer will be the sole IT resource onsite in London, responsible for providing 1st / 2nd line technical support to all departments involving both BAU and project work.

It’s a varied role covering support for all IT equipment onsite; from the computers on reception through to the point-of-sale equipment in the restaurants and everything in between. Although this is a standalone IT role in London, you’ll be fully supported by the wider IT team based in Surrey to assist with escalations and advice.

The IT Support Engineer will need to have prior IT support experience (1st/2nd Line) in addition to experience with:

  • Oracle Opera PMS
  • Oracle Simphony POS
  • Windows Server / Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Hardware troubleshooting

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to rapidly grow your technical knowledge and run your own IT projects too. As you grow within the role they hope that you’d become the subject matter expert for within the organisation for the Oracle PMS and POS.
