Finance Business Partner – ACCA, CIMA, ACA
Remote Work – travel to Milton Keynes/Northampton
Perm Role
Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, core working hours between 8.00-18.00

My client is looking for a Finance Business Partner who has exceptionally strong business/commercial experience to join their team on a remote basis, due to the end client any previous experience with an IT/Technology company would be ideal but not essential. You will a great communicator and be able to build relationships across the business. The main drive for this role is to add value and maximise profits.

Key Responsibilities
Add value and maximise profit within Operation area responsible for.
Working closely with the Heads of Delivery to understand how the operations work and reviewing the monthly P&L. Supporting them on cost challenges and identifying any inefficiencies.
Owning the monthly forecasting process. Liaising with multiple stakeholders (Sales and Operations) to ensure the forecast is as accurate as possible.
Leading the budgeting process from start to finish. Understanding the requirements from the Heads of Delivery and ensuring this aligns to the group strategy.
Assisting, and creating, with the production of KPI reports for the Board Pack.
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the monthly finance packs for the Heads of Delivery.
Working closely with Management Accounts at month end to ensure the monthly accounts are produced in a timely and accurate manner.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Qualified in one of the following – CIMA, ACCA, ACA
Strong Business/Commercial Experience
Demonstrable experience of adding significant value into the business
Proven Cost Saving Experience
Budgeting & forecasting experience.
Experience of working with a business to add value.
Problem manager – the ability to “own” a problem until resolution.
Relationship building at all levels.
Ability to challenge
