Job Description

It is an exciting time to join the membership team at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Membership provides a vital source of income for RBG, Kew and an opportunity has arisen to contribute to this important team. Primarily focused on the retention of Kew’s 100,000 members, this role will use their skills to support future campaigns, as well as project manage the delivery of multiple projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for the culture and heritage sector.

The Membership Officer will be involved in briefing in membership campaigns to key stakeholders and reporting against those campaigns and the wider membership KPI’s. This role requires someone who has experience working in a busy office environment with responsibility for managing deadlines and a keen eye for detail.
