This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of sales operations functions focusing primarily materials that would be used to train new and existing group marketing sales representatives. This includes research, design, writing, editing, development and maintenance of the documentation. The Analyst will use several methods to obtain the information needed to write the procedures including interviewing subject matter experts and facilitating workgroups.
This position interfaces primarily with departments related to Sales Operations and/or Regional Sales Management within the enterprise but may also work with many other departments within the company. The incumbent’s principal contacts within the enterprise are as follows:
Sales Operations & Market Intelligence
Regional Sales Managers
Small and Large Group Sales Representatives
Other divisions related to sales operations or processes

Excellent technical writing, editing, and grammatical skills.
Strong research skills.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
