Job Description

Business Analyst (FO Transaction Banking)

Our client, a global supplier for IT services, requires a Business Analyst to join their team in their clients’ office in across the UK/London . You can work remotely until Covid abates.

This is 6 months temporary contract, to start on 01st of April

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

  • Business Analysis for BFS Process Mapping

Key responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis for the the mapping of around 25 Business Processes (primarily in Front Office Transaction Banking and other Banking and Financial Services Processes)
  • Impact Analysis for Operational Resilience

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • Broader Banking and Finance Domain Knowledge
  • Process Mapping Experience
  • Excellent communication skills to manage Business Stakeholders
  • IBM mapping tool experience
  • BlueWorks experience is desired though not mandatory

Experience required:

  • 7-10 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal/ written communication
  • Client facing/ assertive
  • Strong and supportive team leader/team member skills
