Job Description

This role is busy and demanding – you will need to have excellent diary management skills, experience of managing conflicting deadlines. You will need to be able to forward plan and meet deadlines. Part of the role will be to organise agenda’s, minute meetings and follow up on actions as well as collating responses to complaints/FOI’s and MP enquiries. You will build relationships with the key stakeholders. It is essential to be a good ‘team player’ – you will be part of a small team supporting the directors and heads of service in CFE and will be expected to step up and work across the team in times of absence.
