As part of our development in the Defence sector, we are currently looking for a new team member to join the Software Development team to support our customers with their challenging technology development projects.
Locations: Greater London, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow.
Your new role
Understand system requirements and decompose software requirements
Create, modify and review source code spanning
front end visualisation and HMI
real-time data distribution across network
signal and data processing on embedded system
Generate software builds
Support software testing teams to address problems
Bug fixing and continuous improvement
For this role you will ideally have first-hand experience with a selection of the following technologies:
Front end – Java / C#
Middleware – Data Distribution Services / Linux Redhat / VMWare
Embedded Systems – C++ (Highly desirable)
Supporting Tools – DOORS, Jira, Git, Visual Studio, Eclipse
Experience of working on embedded systems in an engineering context would be hugely valuable for this role, although not mandatory.

MSC in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related degree or BSc and relevant experience within the domain. Some roles require a UK Security Clearance (SC).
