Job Description
CatchApp is a start-up building smart productivity software designed to be the one-stop solution for the growing scheduling needs of professionals, SMEs, and Enterprise users. We have already released apps for iOS, Android, and the Outlook Marketplace, and launched an appointment booking service earlier this year. We are moving into the SaaS sector to revolutionise the scheduling experience, and save time for professionals everywhere.
The Product Manager role at CatchApp is key to crystallising our existing and future strategies into successful products, delivering superior scheduling to all of our users. The Product Manager will own the overall product strategy, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Development and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities:
Launch of the CatchApp SaaS offering, success measured by uptake and retention
Continued improvement of the CatchApp consumer app offerings
Understand and improve the user journey through all CatchApp products
Define a product strategy for future growth
Build a product roadmap
Work with the leadership team to align roadmap needs and staff growth
Basic qualifications:
Degree within a technical discipline is a plus
Product development experience in the SaaS sector is desired
Experience leading teams
Experience collaborating between marketing and software development teams to launch on schedule
Knowledge of cloud software tools
Further desirable skills:
Attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where every role is critical
Confidence, and the motivation to work unsupervised
Ability to use analytics tools to drive development of features and strategic thinking
Creative and critical thinking skills to illustrate product ideas and assess their impact
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of current mobile technologies and paradigms
