Job Description
Key requirements for the role:
- Detailed knowledge of English Law, at least 10 years’ PQE (or equivalent) in a commercial team;
- Broad experience of advising on IT implementation contracts with some exposure to managed service, outsourcing and other commercial and IT related (software licenses and SaaS) contracts;
Excellent drafting skills;
- Ability to handle complex negotiations using sound judgment to ensure that the firm’s best interests are served;
- Ability to gain a full appreciation of the wider reputational, commercial and business aspects of each deal;
- Ability to adapt and to be open minded and innovative in your thinking;
- Sound judgment and well-developed influencing skills, together with the confidence to work with senior management across the business; and
- An ability to build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to the business.
