Job Description

Almond Care is an award winning, specialist, UK provider of complex care in the home; working with adults and children to support them in leading an independent lifestyle of their choice.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time, adult specialist nurse to join our growing team. This role will include delivering clinical care and assessment to clients to prolong their ability to safely continue living in their own home. This position will also involve working in partnership with our health care assistants to ensure person centred care and support are provided in the correct manner; including competency sign offs.

This vacancy offers a permanent contract.
Working on a variable shift pattern, utilising a monthly rolling rota.

Day shift: 10:30 – 16:30
Night shift: 20:00 – 08:00

Paying from £20 – £23 per hour.
