Salary Range: c£42k pro-rated dependant on experience
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time HR Manager to provide the full HR remit to two schools based in Brighton and to support with the implementation of national HR initiatives. There will be remote support, but this role is essentially a standalone position and as such will involve a mixture of advisory and administration responsibilities. As the HR function is yet to be fully embedded the right candidate must be prepared to work in an evolving HR environment.
This is a dynamic role which offers the opportunity to make your mark in Human Resources.
The HR Manager works closely with school leaders to support and undertake case management, provide training, give advice and guidance, and ensure that all Trust policies are followed in all actions taken. Additionally, the post holder oversees and maintains effective employee relations and retention programs through proper planning, direction, leadership and evaluation to enable a highly skilled, competent, and committed workforce.
This role is a purely operational, stand-alone position and as such there is a requirement to undertake both advisory and administrative elements of HR.
The role will be supported by a HR Advisor who acts as a shared resource for the Aldridge education schools in the South of England.
