Assistant Park Manager required for a Holiday Park
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our busy and ever-expanding Holiday Park!
The role will be to assist the Park Manager by taking accountability for the day-to day running of the park, ensuring we are exceeding our profit margins and outstanding customer service is being delivered. Effectively managing the day to day running of the park whilst looking at opportunities to improve the park, bringing a positive energy to the team. Administrative tasks & providing your services to our industrial property portfolio will also be a smaller part of this role. It is especially important that the candidate is highly organised, flexible, able to multitask, work under pressure & to a deadline. Remarkably interesting & varied role. Our stunning family run holiday park is in the heart of the Fylde Coast countryside, candidate will be working from a beautiful office with panoramic field views of our 150 acre plot.
Key roles:
To take accountability for the smooth running of the park
Maximise all areas of financial performance & guest satisfaction
To take an active part in improving all marketing opportunities
To ensure compliance in all areas of health & safety
To understand all legislation with regards to the running of the park
To deal with situations ensuring minimal disruption & complaints to the business
To be fully conversant with the booking packages and manage the integration all third-party bookings
To be conversant with all Microsoft software packages
To perform any other duties as required by the Park Manager or owner
Have the versatility to adapt to the owners way of working
To be competent to communicate at all levels, to be confidential & trustworthy, diplomatic with excellent negotiation skills & possess a high sense of professionalism
To manage the invoicing for all contractors on site & preparing all paperwork for weekly payments.
To be highly organised and liase with our bookkeeper
To have a part in managing our industrial property portfolio; Monthly payments, Lettings, liaising with tenants, our commercial letting agency & solicitors
Candidate will be SELF EMPLOYED
