The role

What will you be doing?

To analyse the digital marketing data and provide insights across digital channels and reporting recommendations for improvement.

What will you bring?

Website & Digital

  • Monitor website performance & content engagement, identify trends, analyse user behaviour and report on them via various online tools.
    • Google Analytics integration/installation for collecting data from multiple cross-domains of Unum UK.
    • Google Tag Manager for tag management to track specific events (e.g. conversions) on the cross-domains.
    • Google Data Studio for interactive data visualization and analysis.
  • Provide data and insights into the development of KPI roadmaps for front-end digital and web improvements.
  • Implement analytics and KPI reporting results to enhance web-applications.
  • Establish, maintain and report on e-Commerce capabilities through data-driven initiatives.
  • Partner with 3rd parties and agencies on tagging any new website and other digital features.
